good size pool, beautifully maintained grounds, extensive gardens with woodland walk
Location is quite far from the city center!!! A shuttle service or bike rentals would be very helpful. The lack of frequent bus service is inconvenient for those without a car!!!

The grounds were beautifully maintained, and the kitchen garden added a charming touch to the atmosphere. Service was particularly noteworthy. staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed. Breakfast highlighted fresh offerings like delicious waffles, which were a highlight of the dining experience. accessing some of the cozy nooks was challenging due to limited availability, especially during afternoon tea hours, and the pool area was underutilized due to the weather. The rooms, while pleasant, could benefit from more immediate access to these lovely spaces.

Had an amazing time with friends! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was so cozy. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, with a solid range of cooked options. The grounds were stunning, and we even got some exercise at the small gym, which had modern equipment. Don't miss the beautiful gardens during your stay!
Our only downside was the noise from the main staircase near our room, which made it tough to sleep at times. It’s a bit surprising how loud some guests can be in public areas!

What an amazing stay! The chef's choice degustation menu was a culinary delight, and the cozy Superior Double Room was well-equipped and comfortable. The only downside was the slight hiccup in service timing at breakfast, but it didn’t ruin our experience. Can’t wait to return!
